This class is designed to get you moving. Whether it is your first time in a gym or your distant return, we are here to nurture your needs. Low impact muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance will be the 2 main points of emphasis. If you are Ready And Willing to get moving, let us guide you on your fitness journey.
Tuesdays & Thursdays: 9:30-10:30am & 6:30-7:30pm
Saturdays: 8:30-9:30am (**8-9am for the months of January and February**)
This class is programmed to provide a challenging and rewarding elevated heart rate approach to fitness. You will be directed through many movements that will challenge you to keep up with your fellow classmates. If you have a competitive edge, this class will pull it out of you. Your efforts can be monitored by our Tempo tracking software which allows you to see your efforts first hand alongside your challengers. A means for self improvement and fitness tracking, this class is sure to help you find a new level of YOU!

This class is not for the faint of heart. You will be working with load capacities that will consistently push you to redefine your definition of success. Programming for this class will contain a blend of high intensity intervals meshed with core strengthening techniques to provide a progressive total body physiological adaptation to greatness. Your goals, your efforts, on full display.
