Grades K-3 | 5:45-6:30pm
This beginner level class focuses on the basics of movement for kids in grades K-3rd. We welcome children of all abilities to develop their gross motor skills through jumping, climbing, running, and balance. This class will also work on a child’s character growth of taking turns, patience, following directions, listening, and engaging with new friends.
Grades 4-7 | 5:00-5:45pm
Youth will learn basics of body control, spatial awareness, agility and functional strength for kids in 4th-7th grade. Children find a great deal of variety in this setting that focuses on motor movement, character development, and the fundamentals of fitness, nutrition, and sport performance. We encourage any youth striving to create an element of mental and physical growth to register today in this confidence building program.
